Mommy & Me is the premier postpartum fitness class in Murfreesboro! We are looking for 8 women for our next session. If you've recently had a baby and want to safely strengthen your body, this is it!

START DATE = OCTOBER 15th. Spaces are LIMITED.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?​

*Moms of any fitness level who want to learn how to exercise properly after childbirth.

*Moms who have recently given birth within the past 9 months!

*Moms who are willing to commit to exercise 2 days per week!

*Moms who want to improve their fitness level and regain both confidence and energy!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When is it safe to return to working out?

Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum.

I never worked out before/during pregnancy, is this still for me?

Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you're in your postpartum journey

Do I have to bring my child?

Craving a little dedicated Mom time? You can absolutely come solo.

What happens after 6 weeks?

You can join our next Women's Only Strength Training Course. Until then, you can easily jump into our regular group fitness classes. These are still tailored to your abilities, so there's no pressure to do more than you're comfortable.

Can I cancel if I need to?

Yes, you can cancel at any point during the 6 weeks if you need to, and no further payments will be withdrawn.

When are classes held?

Starting October 15th

Tuesday & Thursday

9:00 - 10:00AM for 6 weeks (12 sessions).

What is the baby age range?

Babies should be anywhere from 6-8 weeks to 9 months for this program.

Can my child come to class?

Yes! This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout.



What if my child is upset during class?

That's the beauty of an all-Moms class; we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout!

Do I need Fitness Experience?

No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!

Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach

Gretchen is a Mom, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness coach at Rampage. She is Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism certified and is excited to work with moms of all levels in her Mommy & Me program.

Gretchen is a mother herself and is no stranger to babies. Before joining Rampage she spent 5 years as a newborn nursery nurse. Her love of both babies and fitness has led her to being the perfect coach for you on your journey to rebuilding your fitness!
