They're just keeping you "busy" — giving you random, high-intensity
workouts every single day until you're either injured, bored, or plateaued.
Sweat is not necessarily progress. That approach has a short shelf life. Font
About 5-6 years ago, I saw the same pattern everywhere: people "going super hard every day and not making any progress,"
thinking that if your workout totally exhausted you and left you lying on your back, that you were getting the results you desired.
It felt wrong.
So I asked myself, what's missing here? What can we do different. Since then we've developed a unique
workout style at Rampage: structured 6-week training cycles designed to build strength, gain confidence,
and improve week-by-week with a clear, mathematical plan. It still has enough variety to never be boring, but also contains repeatable measures to see real progress. We're not just getting sweaty.
We're working out with a purpose.
And now — for the first time — I'm pulling back the curtain to show you exactly how we do it.
Typically the only way to see our programming is to be a member of our gym, so please enjoy this behind the scenes look at our daily workouts.
Tired of "random" workouts that leave you exhausted but never actually stronger?
Intimidated by intense gyms but still want the results of someone who actually trains with a plan?
A beginner who feels lost in the gym and wants to see how a pro-coach actually structures a week?
A seasoned lifter looking for the blueprint to breaking through your current plateau?

I know what you're thinking. "This looks like a lot to learn." It is, without a coach. However, at Rampage we teach everyone all of this.
As for this Sample Week: I'd rather show you the truth of though-out programming
than show you another cool looking workout that leads nowhere.
Nope. Beginners are our most common members.
We teach you from the ground up —
no experience required.
People mix us up, but no. Our focus is
structured strength cycles and sustainable cardio —
not random intensity
Every session fits within 1 hour. We respect your
time as much as we respect your training.
That's exactly why we have a Foundations Program —
1-on-1 coaching to teach you the
basics before you step into the group.
